Home Page Bear Viewing/Lodge Kodiak Hikes Guest Comments AHarry & Brigid
Many of our clients want to 'capture' the great Kodiak bear on film. These magnificent
creatures are never boring to watch and are truly amazing animals. We view
non-habituated Kodiak bears and feel it's vital to the health of the Kodiak bear
population for bears to maintain their natural behaviors. Therefore, we
recommend a minimum 300mm zoom lens for serious photographers so that
your
souvenirs will detail to the fullest extent possible the experience you'll
have
in bear country. Binoculars are also recommended.
